Includes: Ground transport to Lake Arenal; 30-minute boat ride to the town of Río Chiquito; 1.5-2 hour ground transport from Lake Arenal to your Monteverde hotel.

Price per person: US$29.00 (morning or afternoon)

We charge an additional pick up and/or drop off fee for a few hotels located outside our normal pick up areas. Let us know where you need to be picked up and dropped off and we will tell you if any additional charges are involved.

Reservation Policy: Adventure tours such as whitewater rafting, kayaking, canyoneering and hiking require physical effort. Clients should be in good condition. For client safety and enjoyment, Desafio Adventure Company reserves the right to offer a substitution, postpone, change or cancel any tour due to unfavorable conditions. Full refund is given if (on rare occasion) a tour is cancelled. Desafio Adventure Company and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

All tours must be prepaid: Prepayment can be made in US dollars, Costa Rican colones, credit card via a signed credit card authorization form (Visa/Mastercard/American Express). Credit cards are charged once the authorization form has been received in our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until we acknowledge receipt of your credit card authorization form. Direct deposits can be made to our Banco Nacional de Costa Rica colones account: 100-01-057-1424-3 or dollars account: 200-02-057-0379-3. Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the service. No refunds for no shows.
